V230X Self-operated (regulating)differential pressure control valve is composed of control valve body assembly, actuator, positioning spring ,stainless steel bellows, external pressure tap and all that. The valve doesn’t requires any auxiliary energy from external supply sources, by use of medium itself pressure as motive power, it can automatically control and stabilize the medium pressure.

 It is balance single seat type. It is characterized by steady, high regulating accuracy , energy conservation ,sensitive action and convenient to operate and maintain.

Working principle

V230X Self-operated pressure differential control valve structure as shown in figure 1, it adopts the internal feedback structure, so the medium directly entered into actuator’s diaphragm chamber through the upper bonnet. This action produces a balance power between power of medium contacting diaphragm and spring preset power. If the pressure rises to be higher than the set pressure in the tank, this balance has been broken. So valve’s plug move up and open the valve to bleed the Nitrogen or some other gases to the outside; if the pressure falls to set pressure in the tank, the valve will close because of the preset spring.
