Information
V230Y Pilot Drive Self-operated Differential Pressure control valve, is composed of control valve body, actuator, positioning spring ,stainless steel bellows, external pressure tap and all that. The valve doesn’t requires any auxiliary energy from external supply sources, by use of medium itself pressure as motive power, it can automatically control and stabilize the medium pressure.This valve has high regulating accuracy . It is mainly used for keep ing the pressure of protecting gas (such as Nitrogen ) on tank’s top to be constant ,in ordert to avoid the material in the tank contacting with air,avoid volatilizing and oxygenizing of material and keep the safe of the tank.It is especially suitable for the various gas seal protection system!
V230Y command operated self-operated micro-pressure control valve is characterized by power saving, effectively handle, convenient to operate and maintain etc. It is widely used in the oil and chemical etc industrials.

Working principle
V230Y command operated self-operated differencial pressure control valve as shown in figure 1.It guides the medium which is set on the tank top’s pressure tapping point to testing organization(7). The medium contacting on the testing component will produce an acting force which is balance to the preset pressure of spring. When the pressure in the tank fall to lower than Nitrogen supply equipment’s set pressure, the balance will be broken ,so the monitor’s plug opened, and the gas from front valve goes into actuator’s upper and lower case through pressure relief valve and throttle valve, at last it opens the plug and fill gas to the tank; when the tank’s inside pressure up to air supply equipment’s set pressure, preset spring make the monitor be closed. Due to the function of spring in the actuator, the plug closed and stopped to supply the air.
